Carol Ann is the lead closer in our Kirkland Escrow Associates office.  She has over 25 years experience in the escrow and mortgage industries.She is the past owner of her own escrow company, owned her own mortgage company, and worked for local banks and mortgage companies running both wholesale and retail lending departments. Carol Ann continues to be an excellent resource for real estate agents and loan officers throughout the Northwest and keeps our firm up to date on compliance issues and changes in our industry.
